SESSION:
Q: What should I wear?
A: Simple long-sleeved garments are essential for teens and adults, as bare arms call attention to themselves and will overpower the face. Medium to dark tones of brown, rust, burgundy, green, or blue are pleasing choices when photographed against a dark background. Darker shades are more flattering and slimming. Clothing in medium shades complement portraits made in outdoor environments. Avoid light colors that approximate flesh tones such as beige, tan, peach, pink, white, and yellow. Light colors are appropriate against a white or pastel background.
Q: What should couples wear?
A: Couples should choose simple garments within the same tonal ranges. Light and dark tones
together create visual confusion, as one subject comes forward and the other recedes.
Q: What should my family wear?
A. Families and small groups should choose clothing in the same tonal ranges so that no single
member of the family stands out because his/her clothing is too light or too bright as compared
to the rest of the group. The visual statement you want to make is that each memberl holds a
place of equal importance. Clothing that blends harmoniously creates timeless portraiture
because the viewers' eyes go directly to the faces.
Q: How long is my photo session?
A: It takes about 15-30 mins. per pose. Depending on the package you chose, your session
may last from 15 mins. to one hour.
Q: Is there a sitting fee?
A: Yes. Decide which package you would like to purchase and bring the appropriate sitting fee
with you on the day of the photo session.
VIEWING YOUR SESSION:
Q: When will I see my pictures?
A. You will receive an email about one week after your photo session with a link to view your
album online. The images are proofs only and are not edited or color corrected.
Q: How long can I view my pictures online?
A: Your album will be online for 90 days. If you need it to stay online longer, just let me know.
ORDERING:
Q: How do I order?
A: You can place your order on this website. We accept cash, check payable to "Ulanda Lee", or
you can pay securely with PayPal.
Q: How do I pick up my pictures?
A: When your order is ready, we will contact you to pick up in studio or at school.
